At Hydrologx, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is in new, unused condition. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.
